I started in hands-on IT support — troubleshooting machines, diagnosing faults, and getting small-business clients back to work. That work taught me how much of technology is really about people under pressure.
Since then I have moved into operations, running digital registration and support for thousands of users across multiple regions. I bring both halves to a team: someone who can fix the problem and improve the process that caused it.
